(A) Each loading space shall have direct access to an alley or street and shall have the following minimum dimensions:

(B) Sufficient maneuvering area shall be provided where it is anticipated that trucks and/or trailers exceeding 45 feet in length will be utilized in loading or unloading. Loading spaces shall be within the confines of the property.
