§ 157.517 LOCATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES.
   (A)   Parking spaces for all dwellings shall be located on the same property with the main building to be served where feasible, unless otherwise stipulated elsewhere in this subchapter; except that half the total number of required spaces for multiple-family dwellings, townhouses and mobile homes may be located in a common parking facility not more than 200 feet distant from the nearest boundary of the site.
   (B)   Required off-street parking areas for three or more automobiles shall have individual spaces marked and shall be so designed, maintained and regulated in a manner that no parking or maneuvering incidental to parking shall be on any area, public street, walk or alley, and so that any automobile may be parked and unparked without moving another.
