Minimum lot size	7,500 square feet
Maximum lot width	None
Maximum lot coverage by all buildings	50%
Minimum yard requirements
Front	40 feet
Side interior lot	25 feet
Side corner lot	25 feet
Rear	20 feet; 15 feet when abutting an alley
