The following uses are permitted as accessories to a travel trailer park as a convenience solely for the guests of the park:
(A) Bottled gas sales;
(B) Grocery store;
(C) Laundry facilities;
(D) Playgrounds and picnic areas;
(E) Recreational hall and game courts;
(F) Swimming pools;
(G) Marina and boat rental (including bait, fishing and sports accessories sales) serving only guests of the travel trailer park; and
(H) Manager’s residence.
