(A) No building or other structure shall be erected, moved, added to or structurally altered without a permit issued by the Building Official. No building permit shall be issued except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, except after written order from the Board of Adjustment in the form of an administrative review, special exception or variance as provided by this chapter.
(B) The issuance of a permit upon plans and specifications shall not prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring the correction of errors in the plans and specifications or preventing the building operations being carried on thereunder when in violation of this chapter or any town ordinance.
