A Board of Adjustment is established, which shall consist of the Town Council or five members to be appointed by the Town Council. The term of office of the members of the Board of Adjustment shall be for a staggered term of three years for each member. Members of the Board of Adjustment may be removed by the Town Council for cause and after a public hearing held on written charges. Vacancies shall be filled by the Town Council for the unexpired term of the member affected. The Chairperson of the Planning and Zoning Board shall be an ex officio member of the Board of Adjustment.
