§ 157.042 MEETINGS; RECORDS.
   (A)   The Planning and Zoning Board shall meet upon the call of the Chairperson, the Vice- Chairperson, the Town Mayor, the Town Clerk, or the town planner, or pursuant to a motion adopted at a meeting of the Board. The Board may hold regular, special or workshop meetings. The regular meeting dates of the Board shall be set by motion of a quorum of the Board and may be so changed. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public. The time and place of meetings, and other order of business and procedures to be followed at meetings, shall be prescribed by the Board, and at a minimum will be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order.
   (B)   The presence at a meeting of three regular or alternate members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of the regular and sitting alternate members present and voting shall be necessary for the adoption of any motion.
   (C)   A written record of the proceedings of the Board shall be kept by the Town Clerk, showing its action on each question considered. The record shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be open for public inspection during regular town business hours. The individual charged with the responsibility of maintaining Board records shall be the Board Secretary.
