All territory annexed to the town shall be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board prior to the annexation, and the Board shall recommend appropriate zoning districts of the Town Council; however, after the territory shall have been annexed, the amendment procedure set forth in this chapter shall be followed before the official zoning map is amended.
