§ 154.062 PERIMETER LANDSCAPING FOR MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING.
   The owner, tenant and/or agent of a site consisting of more than four acres shall landscape as provided in this section. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the enforcement official, this landscaping shall be installed as follows:
   (A)   An opaque screen, no more than six feet in height, maintained at all times in a sightly condition shall be constructed between any off-street parking or other vehicular use area and the common lot line;
   (B)   A landscaped strip, not less than ten feet wide, running parallel with all common property lines;
   (C)   Perimeter landscaped areas shall be landscaped with deciduous hardwood trees, a space of one tree within each 30 lineal feet or fraction thereof. Persons are encouraged to plant native species of trees; and
   (D)   The remainder of the required landscaped areas shall be landscaped with grass, ground cover or other landscaped material.
