§ 154.060 SIGHT DISTANCE FOR LANDSCAPING ADJACENT TO PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND POINTS OF ACCESS.
   No landscaping, tree, fence, wall or similar item shall be maintained in the vicinity of any corner, street, intersection or accessway intersecting a public right-of-way that the designated official of the town determines is an obstruction to visibility, extends into sight lines or is a traffic hazard.
