§ 154.040 UNDESIRABLE SPECIES.
   The following species shall be discouraged from being retained on-site:
   (A)   Schinus terebinthifolius (Brazilian Pepper Tree);
   (B)   Melaleuca quinquenervia (Melaleuca, Cajeput Tree);
   (C)   Casuarina spp. (Australian Pine); and
   (D)   Eucalyptus spp. (Eucalyptus).
