§ 30.01 OATH OF OFFICE.
   (A)   Each person appointed or elected as a member of the Town Council, before entering upon the discharge of the duties of the office, shall take and subscribe the following oath as set forth in the Town Charter, Sec. 10.06.
   (B)   This oath shall be spread upon the minutes of the Town Council.
