It shall be unlawful for any person in the town to change or amend, by additions or deletions, any part or portion of this code or to insert or delete pages or portions of pages or to alter or tamper with the code in any manner whatsoever that will cause the law of the town to be misrepresented by the alteration or tampering. Any person violating this section shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
