§ 152.31 CONSISTENCY WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
All applications for development shall demonstrate compliance with the comprehensive plan of the town and this chapter. If the application for development is found to meet all requirements of this chapter, it shall be presumed to be consistent with the comprehensive plan of the town. A determination, however, will not eliminate the further requirements of a finding of concurrency. All applications for development must therefore further demonstrate that specified public facilities and services shall be available at prescribed levels of service concurrent with the impact of the development on those facilities.
