§ 152.17 GOVERNS DEVELOPMENT.

(A) All development undertaken by any person or entity shall be consistent with the comprehensive plan and all other applicable land development ordinances and regulations of the town.

(B) All land development ordinances and regulations adopted by the town shall also be consistent with the comprehensive plan.
