§ 10.07 PROVISIONS CONSIDERED AS CONTINUATION OF EXISTING ORDINANCES.
   The provisions appearing in this code so far as they are the same as the ordinances in effect at the time of adoption of this code shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not new enactments.
