§ 132.03 COUNTYWIDE APPLICATION.

This chapter shall apply in accordance with the Brevard County ordinance, that both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county; provided that any provision of this chapter in conflict with a municipal ordinance shall not be effective within that municipality to the extent of the conflict.
