§ 115.01 PURPOSE.

The intent of the Town Council in adopting this chapter is to recognize that there are certain special or unique activities not recognized in the code, which provide for an economically viable community. Special activities have been determined to be in the best interest of the public and may call for temporary waivers from the town code.
