§ 113.028 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICATION.
   Upon receipt of an application properly filed with the Mayor or his or her designee and upon payment of the non-refundable application fee, the application shall be time and date stamped and a copy of the application shall be forwarded to the Mayor, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department, the Brevard County Fire Chief and the Building Official. Each recipient entity shall promptly conduct an investigation of the applicant, application and the proposed establishment within 15 days from the date that the application was filed. At the conclusion of its investigation, each recipient entity shall indicate to the Mayor or his or her designee its investigative findings relating to the application and the reasons therefor.
