(A) It shall be unlawful for any retail vendor in alcoholic beverages holding a license issued by the state, commonly known as a “package store” license, authorizing the vendor to sell alcoholic beverages but not to serve them, to sell or permit the sale of alcoholic beverages within the boundaries of the town except during the following times:
(1) On weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight; or
(2) On Sunday between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any retail vendor in alcoholic liquors or beverages holding a license issued by the state, authorizing them to serve beverages on the premises to sell, serve or permit the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises and within the boundaries of the town except during the following times:
(1) On weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day; or
(2) On Sunday between 12:00 noon and 3:00 a.m. the following day, beer and wine only may be sold.
