No person shall maintain a permanent business location or branch office within the town for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business, profession or occupation within the town limits without first obtaining a license from the Town Clerk. This license shall be issued to every person or corporation upon receipt of the amounts hereinafter provided for by the Town Clerk, who shall issue all licenses. For purposes of this chapter, the term
LICENSE
shall be synonymous with the term
LOCAL BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT
as defined by F.S. Ch. 205 and such terms may be used interchangeably herein.
