§ 93.13 SUSPENSION OF PERMITS.
   (A)   The town may suspend a permit for work in the rights-of-way for one or more of the following reasons:
      (1)   Violation of permit conditions, including conditions set forth in the permit, this chapter or other applicable town ordinances, codes or regulations governing placement or maintenance of communications facilities in rights-of-way;
      (2)   Misrepresentation or fraud by registrant in a registration or permit application to the town;
      (3)   Failure to properly renew or ineffectiveness of registration; or
      (4)   Failure to relocate or remove facilities as may be lawfully required by the town.
   (B)   The Mayor or designee shall provide notice and an opportunity to cure any violation of subsections (1) through (4) above, each of which shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
