§ 93.08 EXISTING COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.

A communications services provider with an existing communications facility in the public rights-of-way of the town has 60 days from notification concerning the adoption of this chapter to comply with the terms herein or be in violation hereof.
