§ 91.078 RIGHT OF CONVICTED DEFENDANT TO REDEEM PROPERTY.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as giving the right to any convicted defendant to redeem any property as defined in this chapter where the property was used in violation of the statutes of the state or the ordinances of the town.
