There is adopted by reference by the town for the purpose of prescribing a supplemental procedure for removal and destruction of certain abandoned property F.S. § 705.103, save and except the portions as may be amended in this subchapter, of which not less than three copies have been and are now filed in the office of the Town Clerk. The same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set forth at length. The provisions therein shall be controlling within the area of jurisdiction of the town.
