§ 118.08 SERVICE CHARGE FOR LIEN SEARCH.
   There shall be a service charge for the preparation of a written confirmation of a lien search for the determination of whether a property has any liens owed to the City of Palm Bay and the amounts owed, if any. Service charges shall be established by the City Council by resolution.
