§ 71.05 AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE TRAFFIC CITATIONS.
   A traffic enforcement officer under F.S. § 316.640, is authorized to issue uniform traffic citations for violations of F.S. §§ 316.1895 and 316.183, as authorized by F.S. § 316.008(9).
