§ 96.02 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
   Where any provisions of the Florida Building Code are in conflict with the specific provisions of this code of ordinances or any other ordinance of the city relating to the same subject matter, such as provisions for fees or penalties, and the like, the specific provisions set forth in such provisions shall be controlling.
