§ 113.06 FAILURE TO MAKE REPORT; FALSELY DESCRIBING ARTICLES.
   Any dealer subject to the provisions of this chapter who shall fail to make any report or designation required by this chapter, or who shall falsely describe any item purchased, traded for, pawned to or acquired by him, or who shall falsely report the name and address of the person from whom the same was purchased, traded for, pawned or acquired, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter, and upon conviction thereof, the license of such dealer shall be revoked and canceled.
