§ 110.63 FINGERPRINTING.
   (A)   No application for a permit under this chapter shall be complete until all interested parties of the applicant have submitted their fingerprints to the city.
   (B)   A permittee shall not be deemed to have complied with the provisions of this section until and unless the fingerprints of any new interested parties of the permittee have been submitted to the city.
   (C)   For purposes of this section, fingerprints submitted to the city must be in a form approved by the city. Fingerprints made outside the presence of a fingerprint technician employed by the city or any local, county or state law enforcement agency shall not be acceptable. In the event the prints submitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are rejected, the applicant or permittee must be re-fingerprinted.
