Each bingo hall must have prominently posted signs (no less than four square feet in size each with letters no less than 1½ inches in height) at all entrances to the bingo hall and at no less than five additional places in the bingo hall, one of which must be within five feet of the caller, which state:

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR ANY PAYMENT MADE
PLEASE NOTIFY THE CITY OF PALM BAY FINANCE DEPARTMENT
