§ 110.42 BUSINESS TAXES FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   Business taxes for the sale of intoxicating liquor, beer and wine shall be levied in accordance with Florida Statutes and these state statutes shall govern the operation thereof.
