§ 31.01 AUTHORIZED.

   There shall be a:

   (A)   Department of Finance;

   (B)   Department of Human Resources;

   (C)   Department of Public Works;

   (D)   Department of Police;

   (E)   Department of Fire;

   (F)   Department of Parks and Recreation; and

   (G)   Such other departments as may be established by ordinance upon the recommendation of the Manager.
