§ 110.33 DISAGREEMENT AS TO CLASSIFICATION; RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   If there is a disagreement between the applicant and the city on the question of proper classification for any person or business upon which a business tax has been levied, the Community and Economic Development Director shall decide the proper classification with the right of the applicant to appeal the decision to the City Manager, whose decision upon the point shall be final.
