(A) Any building constructed or utilized for the operation of a business within the city that is unattended, meaning that during the normal course of business there is no one there to service the public, shall require the posting of at least one (1) current, working telephone number for individuals to contact with questions or concerns.
(B) The telephone number shall be posted on the building where easily visible to the public. The numerals shall be a minimum of two (2) inches in height and one-half (½) inch in width and of a contrasting color with the building.
