§ 110.28 PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE ISSUING BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT.
   (A)   As a prerequisite to paying the business tax, each business entity shall state and set out the exact location at which such business shall be operated. Before initially issuing a business tax receipt it shall be the duty of the Community & Economic Development Department to ascertain zoning compliance and the use proposed is permitted at the location proposed. Failure to maintain such compliance will be cause for withdrawal of the business tax receipt. Notwithstanding the issuance of a business tax receipt, no business shall operate in a premises where building or fire code, or ordinance violations exist.
   (B)   As a prerequisite to paying the business tax for Assisted Living Facility's, the city shall first ascertain that the applicant has been licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration to operate such facility at the specified location or locations pursuant to Florida Statutes Ch. 429.
   (C)   As a prerequisite for issuance of pest control business tax receipt, the city shall obtain a copy of the businesses Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services license for each location in accordance with Florida Statutes Ch. 482.
