§ 110.18 PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBILITY.
   A property owner shall not permit any business, tenant, person, partnership, or corporation, occupying any portion of the owner’s property, to operate a business on the owner’s property unless such business is properly taxed to conduct a business on the property wherein the business is being operated.
