§ 110.01 NOXIOUS BUSINESSES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, within the city, to establish any business or establish the use of any land for any business which may be noxious because of the emission of dust, dirt, noise, smoke, odor, fumes, vibrations or radioactive waves or substances, or which creates an abnormal hazard.
