All lobbyists shall, at the time of registration pay a registration fee, in an amount of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars, payable to the Palm Bay City Clerk. No lobbyist shall be required in any calendar year to pay more than the amount specified, regardless of the number of principals represented and/or amendments filed.
