§ 52.291 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

The purpose and intent of the Board shall be to advise and assist the City Council, City Manager, and city staff (hereafter collectively the "city") in matters relating to construction, reconstruction and maintenance of City roads, sidewalks and stormwater infrastructure.
