(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found guilty of creating, keeping, or maintaining a nuisance injurious to health, by violating the provisions of the subchapter set forth in §§ 95.15 et seq., shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degrees punishable as provided in Fla. Stat. §§ 775.082(d) or 775.083(e) or both.
