All commercial uses shall provide at least the minimum size building required for the district in which the use is to be located. The building shall con-tain plumbing facilities adequate to serve the needs of the customers and employees of the commercial use and must meet all requirements of the plumbing code adopted in Chapter 170 of this code of ordinances.
