(A) Any person aggrieved by an unlawful practice prohibited by this subchapter may file a sworn complaint with the community development division within thirty (30) days after the aggrieved person becomes aware of the alleged unlawful practice, and in no event more than sixty (60) days after the alleged unlawful practice has occurred.
(B) Upon the filing of a complaint, the Housing and Community Development Division will refer the complaint to the local Fair Housing enforcement organization for further investigation concerning standing.
