§ 93.08 AUTHORITY OF CITY TO ENTER PROPERTY.
   The city shall, through its employees, agents or contractors, be authorized to enter upon the property after such property has already been found to be in violation of this chapter by the Special Magistrate, to reasonably remedy the violations as provided herein. Entry upon the property under the right hereby granted shall not constitute trespass, and the City and its duly authorized agents or employees so entering shall not be liable to arrest or a civil action by reason of such entry.
