§ 93.06 DUTY OF CITY MANAGER.
   Upon the failure or refusal of the owner, tenant, lessee or occupant of any improved or unimproved property located within the city to comply with the provisions of this section, it shall be the duty of the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to give notice, as herein provided, to the owner of such property to comply with the requirements of this section, after such property has already been found to be in violation of this chapter by the Special Magistrate, setting forth in the notice the legal description for such properties, and the estimated cost of correcting the condition of such property or the removal or correction of the condition thereof found to be in violation of this subchapter and to proceed to have the condition thereof remedied upon failure of the owner, tenant, lessee or occupant to do so within the allotted time.
