(A) The International Property Maintenance Code, 2021, as may be amended from time to time, is adopted as the City of Palm Bay Property Maintenance Code for the City, and is, by reference, incorporated herein and made a part of this section as if fully set forth herein, less and except portions of the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code which is provided by Exhibit 'A'. A copy of the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code and the exceptions listed in Exhibit 'A' shall be available for reference thru the City Clerk's Office.
(B) Sweeping. No person shall sweep or deposit refuse into or upon any street, right-of-way, utility or drainage easement or sidewalk from any property or building.
(C) Prohibition of public nuisance. The deposit of refuse within the city is declared to be a public nuisance. A violation of this provision is subject to the enforcement provisions of this chapter.
