§ 74.156 TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY SAFETY.

The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to supply the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety with a listing of persons who have three (3) or more outstanding parking violations of §§ 74.140 and 74.141 for parking in spaces designated for use by disabled or handicapped persons.
