§ 93.01 VIOLATIONS DECLARED A NUISANCE.

Violations of this subchapter are declared to be a nuisance dangerous to the public health and safety and the procedure for enforcement of the requirements of this subchapter shall be deemed to be in abatement of such nuisance.
