§ 110.51 REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The markings on the vehicle for hire shall include the name of the entity registered with the Florida Secretary of State.
   (B)   Only one (1) vehicle for hire can be parked at the residence where the Business Tax Receipt is issued.
   (C)   The minimum insurance requirement for a single vehicle for hire is as follows:
      (1)   Bodily Injury Liability - $125,000 per person; $250,000 per occurrence; and
      (2)   Property Damage Liability - $50,000.
   (D)   A business that has more than one (1) driver/one (1) vehicle shall require commercial insurance and those limits shall be in line with the type of conveyance used.
   (E)   The insurance policy number and expiration date shall be submitted with the Business Tax Receipt application.
   (F)   A copy of the Business Tax Receipt shall be carried in the vehicle for hire at all times.
   (G)   A copy of the Business Tax Receipt application shall be forwarded to the Palm Bay Police Department by the Finance Department.
