§ 110.50 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   VEHICLES FOR HIRE. Any motor vehicle as defined in Fla. Stat. 320.01(1)(a) that may be hired for the purpose of conveying passengers at a rate of fare permitted by law.
